Hard Facing Services

HAH provides the Hard Facing services, It is the process applied to a new part during production to increase its wear resistance, or it may be used to restore a worn-down surface. Hard facing by arc welding is a surfacing operation to extend the service life of industrial components, preemptively on new components, or as part of a maintenance program.

1.HF 1000
•Crushed tungsten carbide held in a nickel-bronze matrix.
•The 3mm grain size ensures a greater concentration of carbide.
• Which is ideal for drilling soft formation.
2.HF 2000
•Trapezoidal tungsten carbide inserts held in a sintered carbide nickel bronze matrix.
•This will give a great depth of carbide coverage.
•This is ideal for high deviation drilling in abrasive formations.
3.HF 3000
•Tungsten carbide inserts set in a powder spray deposit.
•97% bonding guaranteed, certified by the ultrasonic report. Recommended for non-magnetic stabilizers.
•Which is ideal for abrasive formations.

4.HF 4000
•Tungsten carbide inserts (button type).
•The inserts have been developed to allow cold insertion and maintain a close fit.
•A greater concentration of inserts on the bottom third of the blade and leading edge will increase surface contact to reduce wear in highly abrasive formations.
•Which is ideal for abrasive formations.

5.HF 5000
•This oxy-acetylene process applies tough molten carbide particles of varying sizes held in a nickel chrome matrix, providing excellent bonding properties and achieving greater surface wear characteristics.
•Surface hardness levels over 40 HRC.

6.HF 6000
•This process is a highly automated way of applying hard face and utilizes a combined arc/plasma stream on the workpiece surface.
•This results in low base metal dilution and a dense, uniform coating, the filling medium can be a variety of hard-facing consumables.
